Advanced class (Green through Black Belt) 6:30 to 8:30 Gym 1

Beginner and Advanced - White through Black Belt
7:00 to 8:30 upstairs in the Aerobic Gym

Once a year, color belt testings are held at the Rock Springs Family Rec Center, 3900 Sweetwater Drive in Rock Springs.

The Wyoming Invitational Taekwon-Do Tournament is traditionally held in the fall, at the Casper Rec Center, 1801 E. 4th Street in Casper.
